All of us have seen lots of low fat and fat free down the aisle of any grocery store you see. They claim to let you lose fat or even turn some little amount of fat inside them into a magic thing. Most people think that if they just begin eating those products, their bodies will have less fat too. That sounds just logical right? Well It isn't.

The amazing truth is this: your body can convert any type of calories into fat tissue. That means that even if your favourite product claims now to be "fat free" your body doesn't understand the same.

Take sugar for example. Eating sugar has a clear effect on your body: it makes you gain weight and fat tissue, well take a look at any encyclopedia and surprise: sugar has ZERO fat calories in it. The same will happen if you eat a huge bowl of white rice at every single meal, without any exercise that "healthy" rice will convert in more fat with the time.

Have you get why the Fat Free miracle doesn't work? For years, the society has been eating fat free food, even if they weren't as famous and known as today, they existed; yet, the society has become more and more fat with the years.

Marketers have designed the "non fat" and "low fat" words to make you think of them as a healthy, weight losing products. But they aren't. The shaming truth is that if you want to lose weight you shouldn't be so worried about "fat" calories, even "carbs" so much either.

You must pay attention to the exact type of food that you eat together at every meal, so you can get the exact amount of fat calories and carbs each time – that will lead to an actual weight loss. There are lots of new diets over there, and some of them doesn't take in account the fat or carb calories you may get, they make you realize that losing weight is more about the whole food that you eat, and the exercise that you do regularly.
