Learn EXACTLY how your competition is finding their super wholesale products, and FINALLY compete online!
FIRST THINGS FIRST! You must get your license TODAY! RUN; don’t walk to your local city hall.
Then you are really ready to start looking for wholesalers or drop shippers to buy your “TRUE WHOLESALE” products from (since you now have a business license hanging on your office wall)!
FINDING SUPER WHOLESALE SOURCES TIP #1:
One of the easiest ways to locate some great sources of wholesale products is to visit EBay’s very own “WHOLESALE LOTS” section!
It’s located here:
http://pages.ebay.com/catindex/catwholesale.html?ssPageName=MOPS5:HWH01
You can find a wholesale product for virtually any category ranging from kids clothes to electric razors to high tech computer components. When I say anything, I mean anything!
You should first research on EBay to find out what is a hot selling item in any category you may choose, and only then go about finding that same product in the wholesale lots section on EBay.
THEN YOU RESELL IT!
Voila! It’s really that easy. For example, I saw women’s disposable razors were a pretty good selling item awhile ago, and so I bought a huge bulk lot of 500 of the same type of razor for only $30, and then resold it for over $200 ($170 profit!). Not bad, eh??
The real trick is to first research what is a good item to sell on eBay, AND THEN you find it in bulk, buy it, and resell it! It does no good, if you buy a whole lot of something people don’t want, right?
FINDING SUPER WHOLESALE SOURCES TIP #2:
Another great way to find profitable wholesale products to resell is to search out any MISPELLED WORDS and AUCTION TITLES ON EBAY!!
Sounds crazy I know, but honestly this has been a SUPER way to find those real golden nuggets!
By searching for only auctions with misspelled words in their titles, you are avoiding TONS of Ebay buying competition, SINCE HARDLY ANYONE IS SEEING THE AUCTION!
When buyers on EBay search for a product they are interested in, in most cases, they will type in the keyword of the item into the “Search” box field at the top of each page.
However, when a seller lists their product title with misspelled words, there is a great chance that interested buyers won’t even SEE this auction, much less bid on it, since buyers are typing in THEIR keywords correctly.
What a SUPER way to locate products that hardly anyone is bidding on (If anyone at all):
Here are some tools I recommend for helping you find all the CURRENT auctions on Ebay with misspelled words in their titles.
NOTE: Go to the following sites and type in any word you want to find misspellings for. You will get back list of current auctions that have words in the titles misspelled.
Then you BID! You can choose to either resell the products for mucho profits or keep the goodies for yourself!
Hey, you deserve it!

AND MY PERSONAL FAVE:
www.FatFingers.co.uk
I love fatfingers the most because it offers so many options. You can search for misspellings on the following sites:
Ebay.co.uk, ebay.com, ebay.com.au, ebay.ca, ebay.de, ebay.nl, ebay.be, ebay.it, QXL.com, ebid.co.uk, and google.com
WOW! What a great site!
FINDING SUPER WHOLESALE SOURCES TIP #3:
STORAGE UNIT AUCTIONS – The hottest way to find wholesale products that NOBODY is telling you about!
I bet you didn’t even realize that your local storage units were a PRIME way to find great wholesale products.
All you need to do is contact your local STORAGE UNITS to see when they will hold their AUCTIONS (to get rid of any non-paying customer’s goodies)!
This can be a super way to get a HUGE lot of items quickly for 1 very low price!
You could choose to either keep some of the items, and sell the rest, or sell them all by:
1) Selling at your local flea market
2) Hold a garage sale
3) Sell in classified ads in your local newspaper
4) Sell on EBay – You should save the smaller items to sell on EBay and sell the larger items (like furniture) at your local flea markets, garage sales, or classified ads!
5) Bring a moving van or moving truck to cart off your newly won prizes.
In most cases, you will be required to remove all the items from the premises the SAME day as the auction. So don’t forget to bring something to cart it all off with!
6) Put in the classified ads section of WWW.CRAIGSLIST.ORG
(It’s free to buy and sell on this site, so it is a safe way to post products and wait for buyers without spending a dime! PLUS: you can post photos for FREE!)
NOTE: www.Craigslist.org is a great tool to sell local products (and is very similar to classified ads in your local paper)!
In fact it is even replacing in many categories the classified ads in my area by leaps and bounds. It is basically an online community to buy and sell all types of products, find rental homes and property, buy real estate, locate various services like computer repair, etc all for your local area.
Just go to the main page at www.craigslist.org and to change the city or area, simply go to the right hand side of the main page, and click on another city.
FINDING SUPER WHOLESALE SOURCES TIP #4:
3 HOT WAYS TO Find your perfect wholesale products using SEARCH ENGINES!
You may be shocked to know that using a search engine can a SUPER way to find a wholesaler for your products!
There are a few different ways to find a good wholesaler or drop shipper using a search engine:
1) Go to www.Google.com and type in the type of product you are looking for along with one of these: "Liquidator" “Wholesale”, “wholesaler”, “Reseller”, “for trade only”, “trade only”, “Tax ID Required” “Wholesale Trade Only”
You should hopefully get a listing back of great wholesale companies, since you PRE-QUALIFIED these companies to only include those with specific terms relating to the wholesale industry.
Of course with the words liquidator, wholesale, or wholesaler, you will still gets lots of junk companies that put those words in their websites but are not TRUE wholesalers.
It may take awhile to sift through all these companies, but with a little patience and time, you may just find that perfect company for you to purchase wholesale items from!
Here is a nifty trick that is even cooler!
2) Again, go to www.google.com and type in "DEALER APPLICATION" just as it shows here (include the quotation marks) and you will get a list of companies that require a “Dealer Application” to be filled out.
This is a fast and easy way to find a “TRUE” wholesale company quickly, and with little effort!
WHY? Because as I mentioned before, the REAL wholesalers usually require you to have a TAX ID # or RESELLER PERMIT to buy from them (and they usually ask for that info on their dealer applications).
What a great way to avoid those pesky middlemen once and for all!!
But you will still have to sift through some that still end up sneaking in to find the “GOOSE THAT WILL LAY THAT GOLDEN EGG” for your business.
But it is SO VERY worth it! Don’t give up. Sift through those sites! Sift. Sift. Sift.
3) You can also use the “Thomas Register” to locate companies that are actually manufacturers of the products they sell.
This is a great way to also sift out the fake wholesalers from the real ones by looking only for the true manufacturers and suppliers of products.
Simply go to www.thomasregister.com and type in whatever product you want to look for to locate thousands of REAL manufacturers and suppliers of those exact products.
This is an A+ source in my book!
HINT: You can even search for products/companies by location (great for finding LOCAL wholesalers). You can select from any state in the United States or even Canada.
FINDING SUPER WHOLESALE SOURCES TIP #5:
FINDING LOCAL WHOLESALERS IN YOUR PHONEBOOK!!!
Just pick up your YELLOW PAGES, and go to the type of items you are interested in , and you will instantly find wholesale companies selling those products.
Then just hop in your car and go to their warehouse to see how they operate, speak to the sellers, and sign up for an account.
LOCAL wholesalers are great because buying from them will save you a TON OF MONEY on SHIPPING!
When you buy from an ONLINE wholesaler, you must still have those products shipped to you, and that can sometimes get very costy!
So buy from your local wholesaler and save a ton!
PLUS it will cut out TONS of competition for that exact same product too.
The less people online that find the same wholesaler you are using, the less online competition you will have for that product.
Doesn't that make perfect sense?
You will be able to cut out a LOT of competition if you get your products LOCALLY.
I really hoped these tips have helped a lot of you get closer to your goals of online (or offline) selling success!
Feel free to email me for any help at any time!
Good luck to you all!
